Nowadays, the utilization of technology in teaching and learning is compulsory in accordance with the aims of education to encourage the PAK-21 by the 21st century. The sudden pandemic to some extent helps the local teachers in Malaysia to learn using the technologies such as online meeting platforms, various applications to use in the teaching and learning process, and more. 

In my opinion, the utilization of ICT brings positive impacts on students' ability to improve in studies. For example, they can easily access more learning resources online instead of waiting for the teachers to provide for them. Moreover, it also improves students' engagement in learning especially for visual-type students and special condition students like ADHD (having problems in concentrating). 

The existence of various educational websites such as Kahoot, Quizziz, and Canva gives a hand to the teachers in preparing learning content in the most effective way. This shows that the use of ICT helps both teachers and students despite pandemics and other barriers. Now, everyone can learn anytime, and anywhere. Education is free and everyone can get access to it all online.
